All apparel, prints, and merchandise are made to order, unless otherwise stated.

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind and may show intentional texture, variation, or artist marks—this is part of the artwork, not a defect.

Printing colors may vary slightly from photos due to screen settings, lighting, and the printing process. Colors shown online are for reference only and may not appear exactly the same on the final product.

💳 Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed on a made-to-order basis and typically ship within 2–4 weeks.

Items in the same order may ship separately.

RAW Art Official is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

💌 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Because items are made to order, refunds or exchanges are only accepted for printing defects or damaged items.

Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery and must include clear photos of the issue.

Original paintings are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

🧺 Garment Care & Use

Proper care is the responsibility of the customer.

Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling is not eligible for refund or replacement.

🔒 Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, images, logos, and content on this site are the intellectual property of RAW Art Official.

Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant ownership of the artwork’s copyright.
